SPM (Super Prompt Matrix) is a management protocol for bounded human–AI work.
Its loop is Human -> Orchestrator -> Ledger -> Orchestrator -> Human.
Converge on intent, govern authority, and progress through evidence to a verified disposition.

The working record makes scope, accountable roles, permissions, versions, actions, evidence, recovery and residual work explicit. A result may be delivered, failed, blocked, rejected, escalated or require a human decision.

The founding field reference is a live service. The team has used shared records to build a website and operational systems, integrate payments and invoices, preserve continuity and reconcile service-accounting events. Evidence remains bounded by source, method and verifier. Broader repeatability and scaling claims need separate assessment.

SPM remains open in direction. The public distribution package must identify its exact licence, release and inherited documents. Institute credentials are separate from permission to use the protocol.

The proposed Institute credential attests that its holder demonstrated independent competence to govern bounded human–AI work under the applicable versioned standard. Assessment is practical, open-book and tool-enabled. An authorized human assessor decides competence; a registrar checks procedural completeness before issuance. Credential verification shows current status, versions, issue/expiry and status history. Private assessment and identity evidence remain separate.

One hundred percent code automation over the voice. The operator speaks and the system writes the code; no human types the code. Voice in, code out. People still set the direction, make the decisions, and approve and verify the result.

Current state: Institute and certification program in development. The website is an explanatory foundation, not an operational certification service. Candidate intake by email may discuss a future pilot; credential issuance and verification require the tested certification flow.
