SPM · THE SUPER PROMPT MATRIX

Coding is fully automated.
Voice in, code out.

One hundred percent. Proven. The operator speaks and the protocol writes the code.

Cross-platform. An orchestrator can sit on Grok, on ChatGPT, on Muse or elsewhere. The seat moves. The protocol does not.

THE FOUNDER FACTDan has been a systems analyst since 2008 and has written code since 2001. On this project he has not written a line of code. David also writes no code. The protocol does the coding.

Open-source direction. Human accountability. Versioned evidence.

WHY SPM

Five reasons,
in plain words.

The first is the one that sets SPM apart. The rest keep that speed under human control.

  1. 01

    Coding is completely automated

One hundred percent. Proven. Voice in, code out. The operator touches no line of code.

How it was built and what is published →
  2. 02

    Data governance

Intent, boundaries, evidence and disposition stay in one shared record. Not lost in chat.

  3. 03

Human judgment stays in the loop

AI does the work. A person decides and accepts.

  4. 04

    Continuity across orchestrators and engines

An orchestrator can sit on Grok, on ChatGPT, on Muse or elsewhere. The seat moves. The protocol does not, and a change of model does not lose the work.

  5. 05

    Verifiable work

What happened can be inspected. Delivery, recovery and blocked work are all visible.

BUILT IN CANADA

Built in Canada.
A practical framework for human–AI orchestration.

SPM is a Canadian-developed management protocol for people working with AI orchestrators. Our founders developed it in response to Canada’s call to advance practical, trustworthy AI adoption. Through successive protocol releases and a working reference implementation, we have built a foundation that others can study, apply and improve. SPM is designed to carry roles, knowledge and working records across supported AI models and environments.

About the team and our origin →

01 / THE IDEA

AI can do the work.
Someone must
govern the work.

As AI systems gain tools and act across teams, management needs a continuous record of intent, authority, decisions and results.

SPM — the Super Prompt Matrix — is a protocol for that operating loop. Humans direct. Orchestrators plan and act within scope. A shared ledger carries the record. Verification gives the work an explicit disposition.

The Institute is being developed as the professional trust layer: public competency standards, practical assessment, human decisions and verifiable credentials.

02 / FOLLOW THE LOOP

One protocol.
Several honest outcomes.

Good management makes both delivery and unresolved work visible. Explore a small illustrative work record.

SERVICE DELIVERY / ILLUSTRATIVE

A result with a traceable acceptance.

A manager requests an analysis. The team agrees the scope, records the result and verifies it against the acceptance criteria.

VERIFIED DELIVERY
  1. INTENT

Produce an analysis against an agreed brief.

  2. EVIDENCE

Keep the submitted brief and result version together.

  3. VERIFICATION

Check the result against the agreed criteria.

  4. DISPOSITION

Accept the verified scope; identify any residual work.

Illustrative examples explain the controls. Field evidence is documented separately.

03 / A FIELD REFERENCE

Built through
real collaboration.

The founding reference implementation: human operators and named AI orchestrators working across a shared record, a live service and its operational systems.

01CONTINUITY

One record across changing engines.

Shared bus records support explicit handoffs and recovery of working context across orchestrators.

Field implementation
02TRACEABILITY

Payments and usage you can reconcile.

A source ledger and operational mirror connect funding, grants, transfers and settled service usage.

Live-path evidence
03CORRECTION

Failures become work you can close.

Reported defects, retries and unresolved dependencies remain visible through explicit closeout criteria.

THE PEOPLE

Human operators.
AI orchestrators.

The founding field work was directed by Dan, Alex and David, working with named AI orchestrators. A person’s background and an orchestrator’s function are different kinds of description, so the team page keeps them apart.

04 / THE PROFESSIONAL LAYER

Demonstrated competence.
Independent assessment.

The proposed Institute credential attests that a person demonstrated the ability to govern bounded human–AI work under a versioned standard.

THREE WAYS IN

Start. Request.
Verify.

Three separate functions. Creating your own Zero is a practical start with the protocol. It is not a certification, and it does not require one.

START

Create your Zero

Name your matrix and objective, and get a prompt for your own AI. It reads the Institute's official protocol source and starts a working record.

Create your Zero →
REQUEST · OPENS WITH THE PILOT

Request certification

Ask to be contacted about the certification pilot. A request is not an application, an enrolment or a place on an assessment.

Certification pilot →
VERIFY · OPENS WITH THE PILOT

Check a certificate

Look up a certificate number and see its recorded status and expiry. During the pilot the register is kept by hand.
