THE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
What the loop

Identity and authority
Identify the operator, orchestrator role, current execution context and permitted action. Separate a request, a capability and permission to act.
Attributable working records
Preserve decisions, actions, versions, evidence references and handoffs in the shared ledger. Keep their provenance and scope visible.
Verification and uncertainty
Distinguish a reported result, an author-tested result and an independently verified result. Record gaps and confidence in plain language.
Recovery and escalation
Surface material concerns early, preserve the record, repair the bounded fault and route decisions to the appropriate human.
An honest disposition
Close work as delivered, failed, blocked, rejected, escalated or requiring a human decision, with evidence and explicit next responsibility.

Open adoption is part of SPM’s founding direction. The public distribution should include the exact protocol edition, its inherited documents, release history, licence and contribution terms.
This page is an executive explanation of the recorded v2.3.2b baseline. The complete, versioned public release is published below. Its licence status is pending. This guide does not amend the governing protocol.
Using the protocol and holding an Institute credential are separate choices. Institute certification assesses professional competence; it does not gate access to the open protocol.
